The Position
You will be welcomed into a team of seven within the Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Overhauling Team. Your base will be the Aseptic Manufacturing in Hillerød, where you will support production around half the time. The other half of your time will be spend travelling to our
sites in US, Brazil, China and France to support shutdown activities with:
-Identify required maintenance activities
-Participate in shutdown planning and contribute with relevant technical knowledge
-Execute maintenance activities during shutdowns
-Participate in systematic problem-solving during shutdown and ramp up phase
-Training and mentoring other Skilled Workers on local sites
You will work together with many people in the network and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at different levels across the organisation. As this position has a global scope the position requires to travel for approximately 50% of the time.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, it is a requirement that you have:
-A relevant education as a skilled worker, preferably with a mechanical background or perhaps within
-Extensive experience (5+ years) working hands on with filling lines
-Professional fluency in English
As a person, you have a strong focus on quality and are a problem solver by nature. You are used to and comfortable with handling changing plans. You are a strong team player that collaborates well across organisations and cultures. Moreover, you are able to use excellent communication skills to build relations globally.
About the Team & Department
Our AME Overhauling team is in the Product Supply – Aseptic Manufacturing business area. In partnership with our sites, we are responsible for planning, preparing, and executing overhauls on our filling lines as well as ramping them up post-shutdown. Furthermore, we are leading our strategic supplier network operationally.
