Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant, you are going to propose solutions based on the ServiceNow platform for DXC Technology customers.Because of a partnership between DXC and ServiceNow, you will have limitless opportunities to obtain professional trainings and certificates. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.You will be responsible for:discussing business needs and requirements with DXC customersplanning new projects in collaboration with Architectsadvising on applying new solutionscooperation with Technical Consultants on implementing requirementscoordination of User Acceptance Testingcollaboration with Technical Consultant in the elimination of post-implementation defectstaking part in trainings and achieving new certificationssharing experience with new team membersWe require:experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years)experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Asset Mgmtgood knowledge of ITIL processesworking experience in Agile Project environmentgood analytical and problem-solving skillsteamwork and ability to work under pressurestrong communication skillsvery good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishUniversity degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.),fast learningWe appreciate:ServiceNow certificationsITIL v4 Foundation CertificateBusiness Analysis certificationsexperience in a multinational environmentGerman languageWhy would you join us?
