Job Description:Would you like to contribute to delivering the best customer experience?We are seeking a dedicated Senior Service Delivery Officer to join our Data protection support squad. This role is critical in ensuring our services are delivered in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. If you have a passion for privacy laws and regulations and a knack for delivering outstanding client service, we want you on our team!You will:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of GDPR compliance processes and procedures.
• Investigate the request and compile answers to data subjects.
• Communicate with customers
• Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank and work closely with legal and compliance departments.
• Keep close collaboration within other teams in the bank.
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement projects and automation of processes.
• Continuously learn from other team members and ensure knowledge sharing.

As a Senior Special Delivery Specialist you will be a mentor person for more junior colleagues and a key point of contact regarding team processes, ensuring its continuity and effectiveness.About you:

• Work experience in the back-office function
• Case handling experience
• Experience in engaging with customers
• Experience in a GDPR-focused role and regulatory exposure would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Advanced English language skills, both verbal and spoken – all work communication is in English
• Danish language skills are required
• Bachelor’s degree
