You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, consult with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate those requirements into the SAP system, ensuring seamless integration of technology and operations.

• Project language: Polish & English & Dutch

Project scope:

• Analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, reliability, control, and security requirements
• Advise business on SAP-recommended business processes and functionalities
• Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems
• Application support and training of end users
• Cooperating with consultants from other modules and technologies
• Ability to work with End to End business processes including third-party systems
• Working in a global team

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP FICO implementation and customization
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA
• Proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of the financial processes in GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules
• Working experience in Agile way of working and business consulting
• Knowledge of SAP procurement
• SAP REFX knowledge is an added advantage
• Working experience with Onsite / Offshore model
• Strong negotiation, consultancy, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally if needed
• Fluency in written and spoken English or Dutch
