You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, consult with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate those requirements into the SAP system, ensuring seamless integration of technology and operations.
Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Project scope:
- Analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, reliability, control, and security requirements
- Advise business on SAP-recommended business processes and functionalities
- Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems
- Application support and training of end users
- Cooperating with consultants from other modules and technologies
- Ability to work with End to End business processes including third-party systems
- Working in a global team
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO implementation and customization
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA
- Proficiency in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of the financial processes in GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules
- Working experience in Agile way of working and business consulting
- Knowledge of SAP procurement
- SAP REFX knowledge is an added advantage
- Working experience with Onsite / Offshore model
- Strong negotiation, consultancy, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally if needed
- Fluency in written and spoken English or Dutch
