• Has demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant, delivering core platform solutions to business external clients.
• Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices
• Technologies: Sales Cloud, Service Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Business Analysis: Ability to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Customization & Configuration: Proficient in custom objects, fields, process automation, and security settings
• Integration: Experience with third-party integrations and data migration tools
• Salesforce Administration: Expertise in roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configuration
• Data Management: Skilled in data modeling, cleansing, and maintaining data integrity
• Testing & Validation: Ensures robust testing strategies and solution validation for optimised performance
• User Training & Support: Proficient in end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Has experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering timely, quality solutions.
• Has certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities to design effective, scalable solutions
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving shared project goals
• Continuous learner, dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments.

The RoleWithin our dedicated Salesforce service line, we help our clients achieving their goals leveraging Salesforce, utilising the best talent from around the world. As Developer, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality: you understand the capabilities of the platform and knows how to build the solution either through declarative or through programmatic development.There’s a great deal you’ll be able to teach others in this role, whilst simultaneously expanding your own skillset. As a Salesforce Developer, you could be working with LWCs to deliver on the most user-friendly solution, or you could possibly be working on an integration between an ERP and Salesforce. We’ll challenge you to become the very best version of yourself. You’ll become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team, working on impactful projects for our customers together, like the implementation of a new e-commerce platform or a CRM system.

A day in the life of a Salesforce ConsultantAs a Salesforce Consultant you will be working on important customer projects and you’ll become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team to deliver impactful projects collaboratively. You’ll be heavily involved in technical workshops to map out the route and lead the team to achieve the best possible result.Day-to-day, you will be:

• Working with teams of consultants and developers working to deliver solutions in Salesforce’s core platform, i.e. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Providing strategic guidance to our clients on leveraging the Salesforce platform to build strong working relationships along the way.
• Gathering requirements and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
• Performing declarative development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements.
• Performing train-the-trainer sessions.
• Defining data migration plans and UAT approach.
