We’re seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Representative to provide essential support to our Surgical valve technologies business unit for Benelux. What you will do:

Coordination of education events, event logistics – arranging hotels, service providers, materials preparation etc.

Communication with Healthcare professionals, being aware of MedTech compliance – invitations, travelling arrangements

Administrative support to a Business Unit Director
-
Invoice management
-
Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team
-
Marketing materials management, ordering, ensuring translations
-
Contracts management with general supervision
-
Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met

Internal meetings coordination with general supervision
Who we are looking for:
-
High school diploma and relevant experience on similar role (administration, executive assistance), Bachelor’s degree and MedTech or Pharma industry is preferred

Fluent English, Dutch and good level of French

Proven expertise of MS Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with sense for details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
