Do you have a passion for innovation and using AI in market research?The Role:As a Senior Research Executive/ Manager in the newly formed ‘Conversational AI’ team at MMR, you will be the interface between the Innovation and Research Teams to champion the adoption of Conversational AI.This role is focused on working in close collaboration with our global research teams and empowering them to maximise their utilisation of MMR’s evolving chatbot solutions.This role with suit someone who has previously worked as a Researcher, looking for a new and unique challenge!We are open to speaking to candidates at Senior or Manager level.A bit about MMR:Spotted an exciting new product in the shops recently?   • Support client conversations across markets to best showcase the CAI toolkit and identify regional opportunities and barriers
  • Develop tailored training and continually build expertise to share learnings across the business
  • Connect directly with project objectives and provide guidance on the design of questions application of AI levers for chatbot probing
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of our proprietary Q.Bot solution (qualitative exploration at quantitative scale)
  • Provide analysis support to showcase the power of conversational AI data
  • Support with storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Researcher (either quantitative or qualitative)
  • Able to lead research projects from end-to-end
  • Able to communicate and collaborate well with global teams
  • Previous experience with AI tools for market research is an advantage, but an inquisitive approach and innovation mindset is more important
