Job description

  • Develop and implement research strategies for given projects to identify and attract executive talent across the CEE region
  • Execute the research phases of executive search projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of candidate shortlists to Partners/Consultants
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments and competitor activities within the CEE region
  • Ensure the highest standards of research quality, data accuracy, and candidate confidentiality are maintained
  • Identify opportunities to enhance research processes and tools within the team

  • Proven track record in executive search or external or internal recruitment (talent acquisition at leadership level)
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients
  • Understanding of the economy (Poland & CEE), including cultural nuances and business sectors
  • Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and technology platforms relevant to executive search
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Very good command of English and fluency in Polish
