Senior Regulatory Affairs
We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs to oversee and manage all activities related to obtaining registrations and authorizations from local authorities (Health Ministerial, Commercial Office, etc.).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization in the home and health care industry, where you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international regulations while supporting the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the management of the Safety Data Sheets concerning the raw materials available in the company and the commercialized products
* Follow and be updated about every regulation evolution that may affect the Company Business and share with the team related risks and opportunities
* Provide technical data review or reports that will be part of regulatory submissions, with the aim to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation
* Verify and review product promotional materials, labelling, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies
* Maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems
* Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires

* Keeping up to date with international legislation, guidelines, and customer practices in all countries in which the company operates.
Requirements
* Education: University degree in Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, x2026;) or equivalent through experience.
* Experience: 3/6 Years of experience in Regulatory Affairs
* Specific Knowledge: Good knowledge of European, USA and International regulations related to insecticides/air freshener/cosmetics/detergents; Knowledge of Reach and CLP regulations; SAP as preferable
Others:
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Team worker in a multicultural environment
* Working with specialist computer software and resources
* Organization, negotiation and communication, and the ability to learn from the experience of others, both inside and outside the organization
* Solution orientated
