Role Responsibilities
– Develop cutting-edge unsaturated polyester (UP) and vinyl-ester (VE) resins for composite applications, aligning with the company’s mission to provide sustainable coating solutions.
– Collaborate with a supportive network of skilled colleagues across various functions, facilitating innovation and knowledge sharing in a truly international setting.
– Utilize statistical tools for experimental design and analysis, effectively blending commercialization speed with scientific rigor to meet project goals.
Requirements
– A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline; a PhD is preferred but not required, allowing candidates to gain expertise in the dynamic field of coatings.
– 5-10 years of relevant experience in R&D or technical service, with a focus on developing UP and VE resins and formulations, providing candidates the chance to lead impactful projects.
– Proven understanding of polymer physics and chemistry, along with strong problem-solving capabilities, enabling candidates to thrive in innovative project environments.
