Apply today for a life-changing career!The PositionAs our new Quality Partner, you will be responsible for strategic quality improvement initiatives in our Primary Packaging and RAW departments. The role holds significant compliance and business impact.You will have the opportunity to influence the role and contribute to building the quality coordination network across the VP area of Material Manufacturing Development.In cooperation with subject matter experts, you will support management in setting the direction for the departments on quality challenges and opportunities to ensure the highest quality for patients.Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Strengthen and maintain the training setup in the departments in collaboration with department specialists.
• Act as a one-point-of-entry for audits and inspections in the departments and drive the planning and execution. Additionally, you ensure overall inspection readiness.
• Support and drive the yearly planning of quality activities to be performed across the departments.
• Be the “go-to” person on quality subjects; you actively identify and drive quality improvement projects, and support as needed by applying systematic problem solving, process mapping, or other LEAN methodologies.

QualificationsTo thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

• An academic degree as a Pharmacist, Engineer, Scientist, or similar, or equivalent knowledge through relevant practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within GxP and current legislation.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

In addition, the ideal candidate has practical experience with one or more of the following:

• Experience working as a supporter, QA, or GMP coordinator in a GxP environment.
• Working with GxP and quality systems, preferably at SME level.
• Development of training and training frameworks.

About the DepartmentYou will join Material Manufacturing Development in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations. We consist of approximately 140 employees organized into four departments spanning two sites (Bagsværd and Hillerød): RAW, Primary Packaging, Analytical Development, and CMO Material Support. The position is located in the Processes & Raw LCM team in the RAW department. Today, RAW and Primary Packaging are situated in Bagsværd, but will be moving to Taastrup in December 2024.
