The position
The teams serve as the global center of excellence for supplier related deviations supporting our global production network when we experience a deviation related to a primary, printed or raw material provided by the supplier base, driving the activities associated to ensure deviations are handled and completed in a compliant manner
As a Senior Quality Coordinator, you report to the Senior Manager overseeing two quality support teams. Your responsibility is to drive the continuous improvement of the quality agenda, proactively ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders.
Tasks and responsibilities include:

-QualityDocs Content Responsible for the SOPs and processes owned by ISM
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Ensuring compliance with ISO and relevant GXP requirements as well as the Novo Nordisk Quality Management Systems.

-Coordinate audits, inspections and follow up on possible observations.
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Drive and participate in relevant projects within optimization of business processes.

-Data Integrity Steward.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:

-An academic degree (MSc. /B.Sc.) in a scientific field, and 5-7 years relevant quality experience.
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-A strong Quality Mindset coupled with GxP/ISO knowledge and solid understanding of quality standards
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Understanding of sourcing and supply chain processes.
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Good project management skills
style=”margin-bottom:3.0px”-
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

-Experience in digitalization and standardization of quality processes
Knowledge of/experience with deviations and change requests is considered an advantage.
On a personal level you demonstrate a high level of independence combined with the ability to identify relevant stakeholders and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.
