The position
As a Senior QA Professional, you will be responsible for the release of products in the Packaging and Assembly Department at Novo Nordisk. You will be a key contributor to our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients worldwide.
Your key activities include:
-Overseeing compliance to GMP and other regulatory requirements, acting as a key expert for quality matters
-Conducting risks assessments and managing deviations to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance for the release of products
-Collaborating cross-functionally to maintain product quality throughout its lifecycle
-Fostering a culture of high-quality and accountability within the team, as well as contributing to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
-Hold a master’s degree as a Pharmacist or other master degree qualifying you for acting as a QPd according to European legislation
-Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
-Showcase a strong quality mindset, coupled with successful stakeholder management skills
-Have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in packaging and assembly processes
-Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
-Display fluency in both spoken and written English
It would be considered as a strong advantage if you are fluent in Danish
As a person, you have a well-developed understanding of quality and a proactive approach to addressing quality issues. You confidently make decisions, adeptly balancing quality demands, authority expectations, and business needs. You have an open-minded and outgoing attitude with natural networking skills, taking ownership of your work and thriving in a collaborative environment as well as on your own. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where teamwork is essential, and you like partnering with many different stakeholders – both internally and externally.
About the department
Our Quality Assurance department is in an exciting phase of expansion, comprising approximately 30 dedicated employees. We are entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the quality and compliance of Finished Product Manufacturing operations.
Additionally, we play a key role in supporting the business by enhancing and streamlining processes. It’s worth noting that our department is responsible for releasing products from Novo Nordisk to 144 countries across the globe.
