Senior Python Engineer
Are you a Senior Python Engineer with expertise in Flask Dash and full-stack development?Join our team in Madrid to lead the development and maintenance of the Integration Point Repository (IPR) an essential IT-for-IT tool that enhances internal operations and compliance. This role requires a perfect blend of back-end and front-end development skills alongside strong capabilities in database management and CI/CD pipeline configuration.This position offers a flexible hybrid working model in Madrids city center ideal for professionals who thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. You will drive continuous improvement align with enterprise architectures and ensure compliance while deploying advanced technology solutions that streamline operations of our client in the private banking sector.#LI-DNIResponsibilities
– Design and implement the back-end of the IPR using Flask Dash and D3.js components for visualization
– Enhance and improve the front-end using the back-end functions via Dash incorporating JavaScript build custom Dash components from React as needed
– Design implement and manage databases using SQL ensuring data integrity and security
– Configure the IPRs CI/CD pipeline (mainly via GitLab Octopus and Kubernetes) for streamlined deployment
– Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with the blueprint and compliance with corporate artifacts
– Improve the features of the IPR ensuring state-of-the-art functionality
– Document the IPR maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of its development and maintenanceRequirements
– Strong proficiency in Flask Dash and D3.js for back-end development
– Deep experience with JavaScript for custom front-end functions
– High proficiency in SQL and database management including data modeling normalization and querying
– Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment principles and practices
– Should be able to configure GitLab and Kubernetes as they will be used for version control and deployment configuration of the IPR
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
– Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
– Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Classic approaches
– Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
– Fluent skills in English speaking language being able to communicate efficiently in business and technical domainsNice to have
