We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Proposals Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role requires a professional with a global perspective and a proven ability to inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in responding to our prospects’ and customers’ RFX requests, ensuring our proposals are compelling and aligned with our strategic goals, whilst delivering against the original brief.

A Day in the Life of the Senior Proposals Manager – About the role

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned RFX pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams to address content gaps and transform knowledge into customer-facing proposals.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to integrate key messages that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Work with marketing and design teams to create visually engaging materials that enhance our proposal messaging.
• Ensure compliance with RFX requirements and serve as the primary liaison for response efforts.
• Analyze RFX trends to generate insights that inform future decision-making.
• Research and compile essential company information, technical product details, and other materials for our knowledge management repository.
• Develop and maintain templates that allow for professional, timely, and consistent RFX responses.
• Prepare content to support presentation teams, ensuring that messaging is aligned with proposals.
• Continuously assess and refine the RFX process to adapt to emerging trends and needs.
• Provide training and resources for staff involved in bid production, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and consistently follows through on commitments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret client RFX documents and identify critical requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with procurement-led online portals for the completion and submission of RFX responses.
• Experience with CRM applications, particularly Salesforce.

Highly Desired

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in proposal management within a B2B or professional services environment.
