We are looking for a new Senior Project Planner with flair for a production environment. The position is in our Project Management Office (PMO) in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Kalundborg. Read on to find out more!The position
As a Senior Project Planner, you will get the opportunity to combine your project planning experience as well as stakeholder management skills within the organisation. By joining our team, you can look forward to playing a key role in shaping the future of our Project Management Office by establishing project planning as a key tool in our PMO and project portfolio management.Your main responsibilities will include:Defining and developing the processes and tool(s) needed to establish valid and robust project plans as well as creating planning methodology and frameworkCo-facilitating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with project managers; Defining activities, milestones and estimating activity durations in close collaboration with key stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining project plans in a relevant project planning tool, in close collaboration with the project manager and project teamEstablishing assignment plans based on project details and informing main stakeholders about manning needsParticipating in project-related workshops, where in some cases you will be the primary driver and facilitatorMoreover, you will be tasked with building and maintaining a critical path through all project’s portfolio together with the portfolio manager. You will have the opportunity to define the way we will establish and use project plans in the future. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, portfolio management, project teams and project steering groups.Your operational base will be at our site in Kalundborg where we offer flexible working conditions such as flexible working hours and working from home when business allows.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:A BSc Degree or technical/engineering background; please note an academical background is advantageous but not mandatorySeveral years of experience with Project Planning or Management, preferably from a production or IT environmentExperience using planning tools (e.g. MS Project)Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of working with stakeholders on all levelsProfessional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is an advantageOn a personal level, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and consider yourself a team player, however you can also perform your tasks independently and with self-confidence. You excel at planning and coordinating project activities as well as facilitating workshops. Moreover, you have a positive can-do attitude, are curious, persistent and communicate clearly, precisely and in an engaging way.About the department
You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) with approximately 6.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 450 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our fully automated production lines.In our Project Management Office team, we are 15 dedicated colleagues.
