The position
As Senior Project & People Manager you will drive, design, and set direction for a part of the technical scope during detailed design, procurement and execution of our green-field project, establishing the freeze-drying capacity for our active pharmaceutical ingredients.
 
You can look forward to:

•    Managing a team (with up to 8 direct reports)
•    Collaborating and communicating with our engineering partner
•    Facilitating the development of design documents and supervising the activities during execution
•    Planning and taking responsibility for the design and follow process from design to handover.
•    Assuring adherence to budget and project schedule
•    Contributing proactively to the management of any project risk and to the development of standards ensuring structure and transparency

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

•    Proven experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing projects in a regulated industry.
•    Leadership skills and ability to plan, organize, and control resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
•    Experience in managing project risks and implementing process improvements, creating effective and transparent systems, structures and processes reflecting the current state of design in the project at any given time
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering or similar).
•    English proficiency – verbal and written
  
Curiosity about technology trends within bulk manufacturing as well as any prior experience with robotics and automated solutions will be an advantage.
