As Senior Project Manager in our Transitional Energies division, you will join a dedicated team of strong colleagues. The division spans three core areas: Projects, Service, and Manpower, delivering solutions to the conventional and emerging energy industriesIn this position, you will lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and drive a culture of safety, integrity, and compliance. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.Your place of work will be at our global headquarters in Esbjerg – the hub of Denmark’s energy industry, located right on the waterfront with stunning views. The exactly right place to be as project manager if you want to be part of the transition.?” – E&P Senior Director, Henrik Løbner RosenbergYour tasks & responsibilitiesAs a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of key projects and ensure successful execution.Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and execution short- and long-term projects.
• Providing inspiring leadership with clear roles and responsibilities
• Delivering projects within time, quality, and budget targets
• Participating in steering committees and supporting tender processes
• Managing complex project budgets and ensuring accountability for all project activities
• Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, in all activities

Your profile & qualificationsWe are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Project Manager who thrives in a multidisciplinary technical environment and is eager to create results. You are a strategic thinker with great communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams to achieve their goals.To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A technical or engineering educational background
• Extensive project management experience, preferably with complex projects in the energy sector.
• Experience with client relations, stakeholder management, and tender processes
• Relevant project management certification
• Experience with offshore or onshore energy projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards
