You will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects for our clients. Your expertise in project management, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment will be critical to your success.Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business. You’ll be responsible for full project life cycle ownership, from initiation to deployment.
• Team Management: Provide on-site leadership by motivating and guiding team members to meet project goals. Ensure adherence to responsibilities and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, success criteria, metrics, and deployment activities to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to project delivery.
• Resource Management: Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
• Risk Management: Manage project scope, changes, issues, and risks.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that projects produce high-quality deliverables within specified time and cost constraints.
• Alignment with Strategic Objectives: Ensure that projects align with strategic business objectives.

What UST expects from you?

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Agile experience (SCRUM) is essential.
• Experience working in an international environment with multicultural teams.
• English proficiency level B2 to C1.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
