You’ll get access to various virtual, offline and on-site events and platforms where you can learn, brainstorm, challenge, express yourself or simply have some fun and make new friends.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager / Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT projects for our multinational Customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing best practices in project management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving projects to success while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.This position requires working 3 day per week from our Customer’s office in Warsaw.Your responsibilities will include:Project/Service Delivery:

  • Ensuring delivery of projects/services as per arrangements (time, quality standards, functional requirements, corporate rules) and adhering to CK Global Tech ways of working and processes.
  • Managing multiple projects/services simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Fostering culture of accountability and ownership within leased project/service teams, ensuring team members are aligned with project goals, objectives and CK values (One Team, Do the Right Thing, Take Ownership, Play to Win).
  • Ensuring the work and deliverables of leased teams follows all mandatory standards published by Global Software Development

Stakeholder and IT Partners Relations:

  • Building, maintaining and managing relations with Business Partners, understanding their requirements, and proposing solutions to meet their needs in alignment with CK Global Tech strategy and Management.
  • Building, maintaining and managing relations with CK Global Tech Partners and other collaborating Teams.
  • Communicating progress, obstacles, preventive actions, proposing mitigation plans to CK Global Tech Management regularly and/or per request.

Team Management:

  • Managing leased project/service teams in terms of work organization and their alignment with CK Global Tech ways of working.
  • Effective allocation of resources as per CK needs, participation in defining the objectives for leased teams as per CK needs.
  • Initiating and conducting onboarding and offboarding activities for consultants within leased teams.
  • Making sure the leased teams adhere to SAFe ways of working and have their work planned accordingly, as per CK processes and ways of working (applies to teams working within ART).
  • Acting as representative of leased teams towards CK Global Management within the particular global development section business stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:

  • Commitment to fostering culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, encouraging team members to contribute their expertise, share knowledge with other teams and learn from each other to drive collective growth.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Proposing and aligning improvements with CK Global Development Management, and supervising their implementation with a view to increasing cost and resource efficiency and optimization of existing services and project processes.
  • Utilizing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence in alignment with CK Global Development Management.

This position requires working 3 day per week from our Customer’s office in Warsaw.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in work related to software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT
  • projects.
  • Experience in a global and distributed organization.
  • Solid knowledge of good practices for IT delivery, such as ITIL, agile etc.
  • Knowledge of methodologies, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential – level C1
  • Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, working in a relatively unstructured environment, and managing risk. Being a pillar of positivity, can-do attitude, and collaboration.
