The Position
As a Senior Project Manager, Finished Production you will have the following responsibilities:
•    Implementation of standards at sites – standards coming from program to the sites include building, equipment, validation and operation documentation, etc.
•    Working closely with site projects for implementation projects across FFEx sites as the FP Site Module Lead.
•    Coordinating between Site, FFEx, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to FFEx standards and on time.
•    Managing specific interfaces between the modules for the specific site based on the standard module interface alignment.
•    Ensuring schedule for equipment and the standards are aligned and linked to the site’s execution schedule.

Your workplace will be based Lyngby, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale with our sites some international travel will be required.
 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
•    An academic degree preferably within Project Management, Innovation or other technological higher education.
•    +10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry within assembly and packaging.
•    Strong project leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
•    Experience with Science-based and Risk-based Validation (SRV)
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•    Fluent communication in English, both verbal and in written.

The Finished Production Module in FFEx at Novo Nordisk is responsible for owning and implementing expansion projects for Finished Production Factories globally. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative group that is driving expansions of Novo Nordisk globally.
