Internal branding is close to your heart. That way you contribute to our worldwide reputation as a cooperative bank and a great place to be.You will be the linking pin between CCA and CHRO comms, while also aligning strategic innovation themes. Together with colleagues in the CCA, HR and IT domain, you lay out overarching communications strategies, develop yearly data-driven communications plans (including internal branding), and are responsible for the execution.You translate complex content into easy to understand, meaningful storylines that are globally consistent and locally relevant. You develop great assets while smoothly managing processes and stakeholders. Creativity comes into play when improving on existing formats and adding the latest developments in communication to the mix.You work closely together with your HR comms colleagues. In case of issues regarding HR topics, you are a trusted advisor to the CHRO and will take a leading role in communications toward the Rabobank business lines and domains, and coordinate execution.You proactively see opportunities for external and internal communications on HR and innovation related topics to strengthen our reputation.At the same time, you will take responsibility to kick-start and coordinate the communications around strategic organizational change projects. And you are actively involved in our own department and will help build the broader communications function through your knowledge and expertise when it comes to reputation management and internal branding. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:Relevant university degree or equivalent;Relevant experience (7+ years) in a demanding communications environment. 3+ years of experience with strategic HR communications and reorganizations in another multinational is a must;Ability to advise senior leaders;Knowledge of and experience with reputation management and the Reptrak modelExcellent communications craftsmanship (writing, presenting, scripting, presentations, visualization, social etc.);Result and output oriented; self-starting;Great project management skills;Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority;Team player and trusted advisor to senior management;Fluent in English and Dutch.This is what we offer youa salary in the range of € 6.155,29 up to € 8.793,26 gross per month (scale 11, depending on knowledge, education and experience);a thirteenth month and vacation pay;an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income).
