What to do:

• You are responsible for IT projects with small and large project teams (>50 team members) in the area of cash management and payments
• You manage projects not only for Erste Bank and Sparkassen, but also for the banks of Erste Group in the CEE region
• You work closely with IT and the bank, take over cross-bank coordination and are supported by a strong and committed team
• You are part of a product team that includes requirements management, development, testing, operation and project management in one department

You check these boxes:

• Several years of experience in managing large IT projects in an international corporate environment
• Working methods adapted to the project (waterfall, agile, hybrid) are a matter of course for you
• Successfully completed several challenging projects due to your initiative and dedication
• Flexibility and commitment enable you to steer your project team in the right direction even in difficult periods
• Challenges are something you thrive on, maintaining a calm demeanor even during tough phases
• Excellent knowledge of German and English skills
• Experience in the cash management and/or payments area is a plus

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted – the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 60.844,– gross per year.
