It focuses on building PMO culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long-term strategy. Project Management Team will collaborate very closely with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating successful implementations.What you bring to the teamProject management experience, minimum 6 yearsExpertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)English at C1 is a mustExpertise in Agile methodology is an advantagePMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantageHow your colleagues would describe youAble to lead the team without a direct reporting lineSelf-starterSkilled to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needsClearly communicate and tailor the message to the respective audiencePrepare and conduct crisp presentations with very detailed informationExperienced to conduct effective presentations to various groups of peopleAble to deal with ambiguity & uncertaintyFinding it easy to work in a dynamic environmentAdd structure where the structure is missing, but also may have a flexible approachOur promise to youLundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
