Senior Project Manager
RemoteProvider will manage and measure the implementation initiatives for Global Infrastructure and Cybersecurity. Provider provides structure, governance and due process, reporting on progress, key issues and risks to enable critical decisions and actions to be taken in a timely manner and, ultimately, deliver the solutions across geographies.Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of cyber security projects within KABI MIT.
• Defining project milestones, tasks and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitating coordination across different business departments and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Identifying, managing, and escalating key issues and change requests to program management.
• Conducting regular project reviews and creating weekly reports for executive staff.
• Identifying and implementing processes or process improvement initiatives where necessary.
• Managing a project budget, establish a baseline cost and controls, record actual costs and update budget forecasts.

Experience requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management within an IT function or a consulting organization
• 5+ years’ experience within a cyber security implementation, IT or business transformation function
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams across different geographies
• Experience in preparing and running workshops
• Experience in preparing project status slides and communications.
• Experience in developing and maintaining project RAID
• Project Management Certification e.g. PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2
