As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional projects with a strategic impact on our finished product manufacturing site in Hillerød. You will drive and facilitate your own projects of high complexity, engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, your role will involve setting the direction for your project team and taking responsibility for all project metrics, including cost, budget, and time.Your main responsibilities will include:Lead implementation of projects in and around production environments from initiation to handover.Take ownership of cross-functional project teams, project metrics (scope, time, plans, cost, etc.).Coordinate project execution and optimizing project performance.
Identify and manage key stakeholders and steering groups related to your projects.Communicate project progress and performance to relevant stakeholders.Directing key strategic project planning and execution, also creating and developing project plan.Assessing the business case foundations and challenge assumptionsNegotiate project resources with LoB management and manage these resources during project executionThe responsibilities will also include establishing the appropriate project governance together with the project owner, performing integrated change control on the project, archiving all key project data, closing, evaluating, and sharing lessons learned from the project, coordinating with other projects in Project Execution, actively supporting the implementation of standards and ways-of-working across DCM, and contributing to best practice project execution in DCM.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will have:An academic degree related to Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or similar.5+ years of experience as Project Manager, leading Capax projects production development, automation or quality assurance.Experience from a GMP production environment is an advantage.Strong change management skills and business understanding.Experience in managing project teams, stakeholders, and steering groups at different organizational levels.Good interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels and professional proficiency in English.Solid experience with project management methodologies.Nice to have:Certification in project management methodologiesBuilding and construction experienceKnowledge of standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) within pharmaceutical products is an advantage.As an individual, you possess excellent communication skills and cultural acumen, enabling you to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are a self-starter, capable of setting direction and driving results independently. Your leadership and interpersonal skills allow you to engage people, build trust, and secure commitment from stakeholders to support your projects and drive change. Additionally, you are comfortable in rapidly changing and dynamic work environments, able to prioritize effectively without losing sight of the bigger pictureAbout the department
