Desde Wyser buscamos un Senior Project Manager basado en la ciudad de Huelva para una compañía especializada en Plantas químicas de reciclaje.Funciones:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, risks and timelines.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Track project expenses and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate the commissioning of plant systems and equipment and facilitate the handover to the operations team.
• Serve as focal point for all project stakeholders.
• Assemble and coordinate project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address issues.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and legal authorities and top management.
• Manage institutional relationships with public & private entities on behalf of stakeholders
• Monitor & preserve key contractual obligations with off-takers, technologists & feedstock suppliers
• Preserve business model assumptions

Requisitos:

• Education background in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• Industrial project management experience (10+ years), preferably in the O&G, PetroChemical or Energy Sector.
• PMP certification if available
• International experience in dissimilar industrial sectors playing different roles (Engineering, Project Control Management, Project Direction, etc.)
• Experience with dissimilar contractual approaches (EPCM, EPC, End User, Vendor, Subcontractor or Developer) will be much appreciated
• BOT experience will be much appreciated
• Experience in comprehensive industrial development and expansion projects, with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management typical softwares (Cost Control & Planning tools).
• Availability to work in office, home office and field work, including oversight visits to construction sites.
