Desde Wyser buscamos un Senior Project Manager basado en la ciudad de Huelva para una compañía especializada en Plantas químicas de reciclaje.Funciones:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, risks and timelines.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Track project expenses and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate the commissioning of plant systems and equipment and facilitate the handover to the operations team.
- Serve as focal point for all project stakeholders.
- Assemble and coordinate project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address issues.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and legal authorities and top management.
- Manage institutional relationships with public & private entities on behalf of stakeholders
- Monitor & preserve key contractual obligations with off-takers, technologists & feedstock suppliers
- Preserve business model assumptions
Requisitos:
- Education background in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Industrial project management experience (10+ years), preferably in the O&G, PetroChemical or Energy Sector.
- PMP certification if available
- International experience in dissimilar industrial sectors playing different roles (Engineering, Project Control Management, Project Direction, etc.)
- Experience with dissimilar contractual approaches (EPCM, EPC, End User, Vendor, Subcontractor or Developer) will be much appreciated
- BOT experience will be much appreciated
- Experience in comprehensive industrial development and expansion projects, with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management typical softwares (Cost Control & Planning tools).
- Availability to work in office, home office and field work, including oversight visits to construction sites.
