We value innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.Role Overview:
- Be the University expert in mechanical services, setting and delivering the strategy and standards for safe, effective and efficient mechanical systems.
- Deliver the programme for all mechanical asset replacement works, setting priorities with due regard for safety, efficiency and budget.
- In support of mechanical projects, provide technical leadership to Project Managers, Consulting Engineers, Installation Contractors and University departments.
- Lead and support colleagues in the mechanical operation teams to achieve our vision.

Selection Criteria:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered member of CIBSE, IMechE, or other relevant institution or working towards it.
- Significant experience in all types of mechanical installations within various building types.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
