The position
As our new Senior Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution.
Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities include:
-Developing, creating, monitoring, and executing cost controls
-Focus on cost management, scheduling, project resources, progress reports, forecasting, and risk management.
-Supplement your business/finance/accounting knowledge with broad technical knowledge within pharmaceutical production, which will help you in your daily work.
-Build a broad network in Novo Nordisk with regular contact with many different areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
-An academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, Business or similar.
-+ 3 years of practical project controlling experience as well as
from working on projects
-Knowledge in executing step-by-step cost controlling and creating and forecasting project budgets/costs.
-Strong collaborative skills and feel comfortable reaching out to stakeholders.
-If you have previous experience from working in a GMP regulated industry is a big plus.
-Full professional proficiency in oral and written English.

You have effective analytical capabilities to communicate complex sets of data to management in an easy-to-understand way, ultimately providing direction and influencing decision making. Furthermore, while working independently, you thrive on driving initiatives and have a forward-thinking outlook.
About the department
Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
