Our team is not just about strategy; it’s about turning plans into action and seeing the impact of your work firsthand.Be a part of the teamYou will be part of the Programme Management Office (PMO), which acts as the control center for implementing our new Forward ’28 strategy for Personal Customers. As a PMO Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the strategy is executed smoothly. You will optimize processes, remove roadblocks, and maintain clear visibility on progress and outcomes together with the team.In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the execution status within our strategic initiative portfolio, ensuring both digital and traditional business alignments
  • Monitor, report, and drive the realization of key milestones and strategic outcomes, enhancing our long-term and short-term objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and with local management to maintain focus and visibility on strategic efforts
  • Prepare presentations on strategy execution and highlights to senior management
  • Address and resolve challenges, establishing governance frameworks to manage risks and dependencies effectively
  • Connect with reporting needs from central entities (e.g. Group Strategy, Finance)
  • Take care of central support activities (e.g. financial tracking, communication, change management, etc).

Our will work closely with program managers, strategy teams, and other entities within the group, such as Group Strategy and Performance Management, to ensure the consistent implementation of the Forward ’28 strategy across various business units.Most importantly, from day one, you will make a significant impact by driving execution and ensuring transparency in the realization of outcomes.What you’ll need to succeedWe are looking for a proactive colleague with a strong project management toolbox and strategic understanding. You have a great drive to connect with stakeholders and a good business understanding to translate progress reports and status on milestones and key metrics into “big picture” implications on the overall delivery of strategies. You are a self-starter and will be responsible for your own assignments from day one and we trust that you drive and manage tasks to deliver great results. You are a strong team player and should find it refreshing to work at a high/executive level but also to roll up your sleeves to drive execution.Your background:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field like economics/business, IT or law
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with exposure to consulting, project management, PMO, communication or strategy execution.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and precisely ensuring alignment and understanding with key stakeholders
  • Structured approach, ability to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
  • Collaborative, energetic, proactive and open to new challenges
