about the roleMain activities

  • Strategize, implement, lead and maintain program initiatives across the Orange Business Campus group.
  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Monitor program progress and performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
  • Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all program activities are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Work with project owners to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for Orange Business Campus project initiatives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Apply change, risk and resource management to Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in program management.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage budget for overall Orange Business campus programs and activities
  • Develop, present, and oversee financial budgets on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Work with the team leadership and core team top to set budget goals and ensure they’re followed.
  • Ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals
  • Track results and comparing them to key financial targets.
  • Prepare cost estimates and plans, while providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments.
  • Identify, flag, and analyze potential financial and budgetary risks.
  • Provide financial summaries, reports, and recommendations as needed.
  • Ensure all financial decisions and records adhere to legal regulations.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Senior Leadership Support and Core Team Governance
  • Prepare reports and presentations to provide regular updates to senior leadership (HREE and Orange Business Campus) on program status.
  • Organize regular team meetings and/or topics of discussion to ensure progress toward the organization’s goals.
  • Ensure that there is clear communication between the team, the project owners, and any other stakeholders.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Ensure clear scope, roles and responsibilities within Orange Business Campus functions, resolve and clarify grey areas to ensure entire Orange Campus team is functioning in optimal, productive, efficient and structured manner
  • Lead transformation and establishment of Orange Business Campus towards corporate University model
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that drive transformation change for the new model, ensuring employee adoption and minimizing resistance.
  • Lead and support in the execution of all approved strategic transformation projects;
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (PMP certification is a plus)
