At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.Find out how you can make a difference at Siemens Gamesa: .We are looking for a new Senior Program Manager for our dynamic and engaged Operational Excellence team in the blade plant in Aalborg.As a Program Manager it will be your responsibility to manage selected cross-functional program(s) of high importance and strategic priority for the plant. The candidate will be expected to establish strong collaboration with stakeholders through positive attitude, cross-functional collaboration and high level of communication. Essential to drive our industrial logic planning to excellence.How to contribute to our visionWe are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic Operational Excellence team at our blade manufacturing plant in Aalborg. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and improvements critical to our success. You will join a team of highly motivated Lean and digitalization specialist with a strong understanding of running improvements projects within blade manufacturing. The job will be based in Aalborg with a very limited travel requirement.Your responsibilities will be:

  • Establish and Manage our Industrial Logic Plan to create a comprehensive view of factory activities over the next 1-5 years.
  • Support management through concise summaries, management presentations, workshops, and proposals.
  • Lead targeted transformation efforts to enhance cost competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage cost baseline scenarios for future blade projects, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement in line with executive expectations.
  • Formulate business cases and prioritize continuous improvement efforts in operations processes, assessing potential productivity impacts.
  • Ensure strong focus on the implementation of committed cost-out initiatives

What you need to make a differenceBesides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

  • University degree in Management, Business Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5 plus years of relevant experience in Project Management or consulting, with a preference for experience in the wind industry.
  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and quantitative focus.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within large-scale projects; exposure to the wind industry or large infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are preferable.
