The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Product Stewardship, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing product stewardship for an extensive portfolio of products. What You’ll Do:
* Regulatory Expertise: Oversee technical aspects of major filings, including REACH registrations, ensuring compliance across local, regional, and global regulations.
* Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire multi-regional product stewardship teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Strategic Projects: Provide regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle, engaging with R&D and internal teams to develop innovative, compliance-focused solutions.
* Training & Development: Create and implement training programs to uphold corporate standards for regulatory compliance.
* Policy Development: Lead the establishment and execution of chemical compliance programs and policies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key advisor to internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving regulatory excellence.
What You Bring:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Law, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or chemical compliance.
* In-depth knowledge of global chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, and familiarity with biocide laws and microplastics.
* Proven leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring diverse teams across multiple regions.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of building trust and inspiring confidence.
* Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
