The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMWe are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our sustainability compliance software product. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong knowledge of the aviation industry and its challenges.WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including airlines, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with aviation and sustainability regulations, keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and guidelines
• Provide product training and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and regulatory reports

QualificationsABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of aviation operations, aviation regulations, and sustainability practices
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental change in the aviation industry
• Certification in product management
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Financial and cost management knowledge and experience
