Senior Product Owner (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

You will be part of a team working on the ecosystem for Workflow automations, within the Software Delivery solution. This is where we make sure that users can turn answers reliably into proper actions, whether it’s about engineering, incidents, remediation, or simply being notified.

• Support and accompany your development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Protect the team’s focus while serving as the primary interface between them and other stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the content and conceptual integrity of the backlog.
• Define epics with clear landing zones and outcomes, by planning transparently, communicating risks early, and tracking delivery of commitments.
• Shape meaningful user stories together with your team, so they are well-formed and aligned with product strategy.
• Contribute your knowledge and understanding in discussions with your team and stakeholders.
• Drive the quality of the team’s components through health monitoring through quality gates and SLOs, performance tests, and proactive maintenance.
• Work in a collaborative network with Product Owners from other teams, working on related technical components.

What will help you succeed

• Several years of experience in software development (preferably with TypeScript & React).
• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a proven ability to balance stakeholder needs, communicate progress, and anticipate risks early.
• You communicate and collaborate transparently – you document decisions, keep context visible, maintain clear and traceable tickets, and make it easy for others to execute without guessing.
• A self-driven, proactive mindset – you take ownership, follow through on cross-cutting topics, and escalate when needed.
• Experience working in agile teams, with a solid understanding of agile principles and team dynamics.
• Able to prioritize effectively to protect outcomes, quality and team health in a fast-moving environment.
• You understand the “why” behind features and work with developers to shape the “how”.
• Being able to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
