Your MissionThe Senior Product Marketing Manager will be part of the Product Marketing team within the greater Marketing department. They will report directly into the Head of Product Marketing. This role will be the main driver in fundamental Product Marketing projects, such as defining and iterating on Tellent’s global as well as market-specific positioning in all key regions, developing streamlined and consistent competitive intelligence frameworks, or acting as the single source of truth when it comes to the voice of the customer.About the teamThe Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 20 professionals, distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux. Joining this team means surrounding yourself with highly energized and ambitious people, looking to do things differently.Your 12-month journeyDuring the first 3 months: The first 3 months will be about getting in-depth knowledge of our Tellent product suite, understanding our internal processes, as well as identifying the status quo around our positioning in all core markets as well as globally. You’ll meet with all relevant stakeholders and will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders from the Product and Commercial teams.Within 6 months: You’ll take full ownership of the programs, and will be able to provide direction to other members of the Product Marketing team and beyond. With the support of the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll have worked out a prioritization framework to ensure clarity and alignment with all other functions, as well as to avoid diluting your efforts.After 1 year: After one year, you’ll be considered as the go-to person when it comes to ever-evolving topics such as positioning and messaging. You’ll fully own the understanding of where we Tellent plays and where we don’t want to play, and will be able to translate that into pragmatic decision making trees for all stakeholders to leverage.
