About your future role
As we are expanding internationally, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead the development of a standardised Qualified Trust Service solution for our international customers. You will be working in the intersection between business development and product development.As Product Manager, it is your responsibility to prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with international customers, and other stakeholders regarding roadmap, value, scope and priorities. You are responsible for ensuring that the product backlog is transparent and understood by all relevant parties. You manage the tasks and clarifications that are required to ensure that your development team delivers relevant features and capabilities that meet the business needs.You are responsible for ensuring an end-to-end focus in product development and for coordinating tasks across teams, product areas and operations. It is also your responsibility to ensure compliance with international legislation and data security, where you will have a driving role in auditing. The solution is technically and functionally complex, and you will work closely with architects, developers, agile release train managers and the customer.Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and communicating the mission, vision, objectives, and roadmap for the product, in close cooperation with international customers and management
  • Go-to-market planning and execution; develop sales presentations, price plans, product descriptions, participate in customer meetings etc
  • Support tender work on RFI/RFP/RFQs and contribute in bidding processes, incl. preparation of business cases and contract negotiation
  • Develop process descriptions, requirement specifications, technical implementation and operations guidelines and other material
  • Act as Product Owner for one of our development teams working on the development of new infrastructures for international customers
  • Act as Product manager and specialist ensuring updated documentation of eID products and processes
  • Responsible for maximizing business value and creating business cases
  • Participate in customer meetings, deliver solution-based presentations, and bridge customer needs with technical possibilities
  • Responsible for handling risks and compliance (e.g., Audit, GDPR, NSIS, etc.)

  • Several years of experience with the product manager role
  • Experience with business and product development, preferably with an international focus
  • Experience with Go-to-market strategy and planning and having some legal understanding
  • Experience in driving the process around IT maintenance and development of one/several products/services
  • Good technical understanding, incl. the connection between technical standards and their practical implementation and revision
  • Knowledge of digital trust services including electronic signatures and certificates
  • Knowledge of IT processes (ITIL), PRINCE2 and SCRUM as well as of audit and certification of complex IT solutions

In addition, it will be an advantage if you have:

  • Strong business architectural skills and technical understanding incl. Knowledge about iDAS2.0
  • Experience/insight into PKI
  • Experience with compliance, auditing, and conformity assessment in connection with NSIS, eIDAS and ETSI
  • Understanding of the connection between CA, TSA and VA services
  • Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe
  • Experience with public contracts and claims management
