About your future role
You’ll operate in Digital Banking Solutions Business Unit and the main activity will be:Monitor market trends and the evolution of the regulatory context

• Constantly monitor the market, competitors, and new trends

Define and implement the strategy for the reference business

• Define and implement the strategy for the reference business and manage the innovation process of the services under your responsibility, coordinating activities aimed at identifying new business opportunities, considering the scope, characteristics of the current offer, and strategic objectives

Define marketing plans and design offer/pricing models

• Define marketing plans and design offer/pricing models and the service catalog in collaboration with marketing Area

Analyze customer needs and prioritize interventions

• Analyze customer needs and prioritize interventions by defining and managing the evolutionary roadmap

Coordinate the involved functions

• Coordinate the involved functions (IT, Operations, etc.) to ensure the release and compliance with time-to-market, quality, cost, and revenue objectives, as well as the compliance of the offered solutions with laws, regulations, and industry standards

Plan commercial launches

• Plan commercial launches in collaboration with commercial functions and provide specialist support to Sales teams for both acquiring new customers and developing existing ones.

Conduct result analysis and continuous control

• Conduct result analysis and continuous control of the overall business performance and identify corrective actions to achieve economic, profitability, and quality business objectives

Education and background:

• 5 to 10 years of work experience in the role or in similar roles
• Master’s degree in economics or engineering
• Good knowledge of the English language
