If working remotely isn’t for you, we also have a large office in Berlin and soon in NYC that you can choose to work from. What you’ll do

As a Senior Product Manager for eyeo’s browser & Android solutions, you will both build new products and develop existing ones. Through discovery processes, you will secure new integration partners and work directly with top-tier B2B partners to integrate our solutions.

As an entrepreneur and ambassador for the products, you will continuously shape the vision, strategy and tactics together with your cross-functional team and stakeholders, as well as building the overall product culture on the team.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Drive the creation, maintenance and communication of an overarching product strategy and roadmap for Android and browser solutions.
• Engage with partners to understand their pain points, gather feedback, identify new opportunities and ensure new features are adopted by them
• Work closely with the engineering team to validate new opportunities and recruit existing partners in the validation phase
• Co-drive acquiring new integration partners with the Business Development team
• Ensure we deliver first-class support to our partners, become strategic allies for them and know what they need before they know it
• Empower your team and ensure they understand and commit to the defined strategy and actively and iteratively work towards achieving it
• Work closely with your PM peers within eyeo to deliver products that are aligned with our vision, meet market needs and consistently meet high quality standards
• Be a role model for Agile product discovery and execution – continuously de-risking and increasing our efficiency through practices like continuous discovery, design sprints and other effective product management practices
• Coordinate closely with eyeo’s Product Operations team to implement best practices and processes to promote team efficiency and coordination between teams

What you bring to the table

• Experience working in online advertising or with browser technologies and an understanding of how the web technically works
• Experience in working on Android products and integrations
• Extensive experience discovering and managing products in a B2B environment in close collaboration with your customers
• A proven track record of defining and executing on product strategy to solve customer needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem solver with a great team attitude
• Strong agile work process background
