Job Description#LI-AP4Would you like to bring your product management skills into play and drive the agenda for marketing technology at LEGO Group?Join us as a Senior Product Manager to lead Audience Relationship Management, enabling LEGO to create exciting data-led and audience-first experiences for LEGO enthusiasts globally, from our Marketing Activation Product team!Core responsibilitiesManage the product strategy and roadmap for the Audience Relationship Management team, enabling audience first marketing experiences that maximise the use of our customer data platform.Work with a multi-functional team to plan, prioritise and govern audience data and usage, supporting our personalisation strategy.Lead planning and development of customer data platform (CDP) priorities, collaborating with global teams and local markets to ensure the product roadmap meets business needs.Manage the product backlog, prioritising initiatives, and presenting progress.Establish and maintain a cross functional network of partners, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.Own, lead and report on product objectives and key results.Play your part in our team succeedingThis role will sit in the newly established Marketing Product function, whose responsibility covers a wide variety of digital products across marketing planning, activation, and evaluation. Your products will be critical enablers for the Marketing we activate and the foundation for the future!You will work closely with the rest of the marketing organisation on how we enable LEGO to engage with new and existing users, and power their love for the LEGO brand. You will be part of a product leadership team, including engineering and service design, and will report into the Product Director for Marketing Activation.This role is a maternity cover position with an expected duration of approximately 10 months.Do you have what it takesThe candidate we imagine is a great communicator, capable of clearly articulating problems and proposed solutions. A strong networker with excellent ability to manage partner and stakeholder relationships, excel at collaborating with other functions such as technology, marketing, and legal. A hardworking self-starter, that can handle activities autonomously, adeptly toggling between attending to detail and steering company strategy. Technically strong with a sound understanding of data and software engineering principles, confident in setting business objectives and budgets, bringing the following experiences:Solid track-record in marketing technology and strong understanding of broader advertising technology.Understanding of and ideally experience working with customer data platforms.Validated experience leading cross functional teams and handling senior collaborators.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Shown experience leading engineering teams to design, deliver and optimise new products or features.Experience solving customer problems, shipping value to end users early and often, and having fun whilst doing it.Expertise in defining and improving ways of working between your team and business partners.Defining objectives and key results and using the OKR framework.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
