Our teams in Zagreb and New York touch hundreds of millions of people every year, processing over 800M identity documents in more than 70 countries around the world.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Design and deliver intuitive, functional, and visually appealing UX solutions for SDKs, dashboards, and demo apps
- Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions that meet business goals
- Develop prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products
- Facilitate design workshops and presentations to communicate design ideas and gather feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into your designs
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products
- Have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Have experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs
- Are proficient in Figma for creating polished, high-quality designs, while also being willing to create scrappy concepts to validate ideas quickly
- Are passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that solve real-world problems.
- Have experience working in a product-centric scale-up environment
- Have experience working in a global environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Are able to balance user needs with business goals, delivering designs that are both effective and innovative.
- Have a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A plus is if you also have any of the following:
- Previous experience in the identity industry
- Experience working with Origami
- Animation skills in Adobe After Effects
