We are designed to bring value, lead technology innovation, and provide Motorola Solutions a competitive advantage on revenue, cost, cash, and delivery.Job DescriptionThe Senior Procrement Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, deployment and the effectiveness of the Procurement Programs, inclusive of determining processes, technologies, reporting necessary for implementation. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, diligent and hardworking quick learner with a passion for learning new Procurement systems and technologies.The Senior Procrement Process Specialist will interface with both internal stakeholders including Procurement, IT & Finance and externally with peers, industry experts, suppliers, and SaaS providers.Within the Procurement area, you will act as a project coordinator and implement small to medium complexity projects & provide support to larger procurement initiatives:

• Coordinate Procurement related projects focusing on establishing and/or improving processes and overall enablement
• Connect with stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to their objectives
• Develop and manage partnerships with internal clients ensuring good communication across all relevant functions to deliver business objectives
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Initiate market research as needed
• Perform problem-solving functions to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, finance or a related field
• Prefer at least 3 years of overall business experience
• Prefer 1+ years of Procurement (direct and indirect experience is a plus)
• Work experience related to the project management & process improvement
• Good stakeholder management & communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
