The position

You will be responsible for overseeing one or more projects related to the construction of pharmaceutical production plants, with a primary focus on technical installations and process systems for drug production. This role entails close collaboration with team members and stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally. 

Your responsibilities will include:

-Leading the tender process for procurement packages until contract award. This involves executing the tendering process, clarifying and evaluating bids, preparing and negotiating terms and conditions, and recommending and awarding suppliers.
-Conducting contract management activities for critical procurement packages in collaboration with consultant partners and internal stakeholders.
-Reporting project status to management.
-Aligning and collaborating across the project portfolio and with the category management team to ensure integration of overall supplier strategies.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sourcing and supplier-related activities are conducted in full compliance with standards and regulations, while balancing business and project objectives in relation to triple bottom line, risk assessment, and deliveries in a complex setting. Additionally, you will play a role in the continuous improvement of departmental activities, tools, systems, and processes in collaboration with other team members.

Qualifications
You hold either a Bachelor or Master´s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Purchasing or equivalent experience. You bring relevant experience within procurement, and you have acquired skills and knowledge from your previous roles you believe you can build on in this role. 

Building and maintaining good working relationships is vital to this role, and the ideal candidate possesses excellent people skills as well as a profound understanding of quality, time, and stakeholder management. You will be working independently as well as in multiple teams. You communicate with ease in English and have solid IT user skills.
