Read more and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs our new Senior Process Owner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Develop, improve and maintain best practices and processes for our IES processes
  • Key processes include: procurement management, contract management, category management
  • Utilize technology solutions to harvest efficiency and compliance opportunities. This is done in close collaboration with our digitalization associate (e.g. no coding/development competencies required).
  • You will also be the formal owner of all procurement and contract templates, including legal and commercial templates and appendices. This is done in close collaboration with our legal colleagues (e.g. no legal competencies required).
  • Manage interfaces with GBS, Legal colleagues, and other IES members.
  • Act as a system super user for Coupa, SAP, Clarity, relevant SharePoint pages, and IES Digitalization tools.

We are recruiting for two new team members that will share the above-mentioned responsibilities.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:Need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or similar relevant work experience.
  • Passion for optimizing processes and taking ownership of best practices.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
  • As a person, you are ambitious, have a flair for the important details within a complex environment, and are result-oriented.
  • You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • You work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools such as Coupa, SAP, and Clarity.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and pricing.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement goals/programs.

In IES, we play a key role in ensuring that there is sufficient capacity to treat our patients worldwide. We are doing so by supporting our global capex projects succeeding in their projects through engineering and sourcing activities. When we talk about capex projects, we are referring to maintenance and expansion of production facilities. As a function we sit in the sweet spot between our global supplier base and our colleagues in the projects who are considered our customers. Due to the large growth in the overall company, we have also a significant increase in capex spend and related projects that we are supporting.
