The position
As a Senior Process Manager – Formulation and Filtration, you will lead Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes across our global Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) unit sites, collaborating with local and global stakeholders. You will also work closely with other Senior Process Managers for aseptic processes. Your responsibilities include establishing the direction for Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes worldwide, ensuring compliance, standardization, and simplification across current and future production lines. This role involves scaling these processes for future needs and contributing to shaping them alongside process groups at various sites. 
 
Your key responsibilities will include: 

-Setting direction for the Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes within compliance, standardization, and digitalization as well as initiating and occasionally drive various initiatives to support the above direction.

-Being close to the Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes across AM sites located in Europe, North and South America, and Asia to understand challenges.

-Working close with other groups (improvement groups, different network groups, other process groups etc.) in close collaboration with our expansion organization who are ordering our new lines.

-Working with various stakeholders along the value stream.

 
In this role you will be tasked with setting direction and delivering results that have a significant impact on our Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes. You will be responsible for analyzing data to make sure we focus our efforts where the value and impact is most needed and drive/own initiatives to continuously improve the process. 

Travelling to other sites should be expected aside from the virtual collaboration.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: 

-An Academic Degree within engineering or similar field combined with at least 7 years of experience within manufacturing with some of the years being within or close to the Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes related to Aseptic GxP production.

-Experience with project management within a global stakeholder landscape.

-Track record in creating followership through changes in how we work; leadership experience is an advantage.

-Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

-Professional proficiency in English.
 

On a personal level, you excel in fast-paced environments, maintain high work quality, and enjoy cross-cultural collaboration. You possess practical knowledge of aseptic Formulation and Sterile Filtration processes and have LEAN experience. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record, direct management experience, and the ability to lead stakeholders indirectly are preferred. With a background in business strategy, project management, and implementation within a global organization, you are a team player with a “can-do” attitude. You are eager to learn, innovate, and improve process efficiency.
 
About the department
We are department AME Process Groups, in the newly established organizational unit called Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME). With almost 200 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. AME is an organizational unit in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), where we do all aseptic production in Novo Nordisk.
