Senior Process Development Engineer

As a Senior Process Development Engineer at Melexis, you will drive the development of new packaging and wafer level processing solutions for sensing devices and technologies according to the Melexis business and technology roadmap.

More specifically, you will

Take the complete ownership of the supplier process development and verification activities according to the Melexis flow, process and policies, from feasibility to production release for some new Melexis innovative products

Follow up internal and external trends on IC packaging and wafer level process solutions and actively search for possibilities to improve tools and technology

YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bachelor or Master degree with a 5 to 10 years experience in semiconductor packaging and/or related processes

You ideally have automotiver industry experience

Self-driven and passionate about assembly processes, microsystems, sensors, or related technology

Outstanding analytical skills and ability to translate insight into novel solutions

Experience in organizing and conducting experimental tasks

Track record of project management skills (feasibility, planning, leading a project team, reporting, risk management)
