Beside of that, you will be a part of a dynamic and informal working environment characterized by a strong professional commitment.Your tasks and responsibilities
- Your main responsibility will be to resolve complex issues, support cases and ensure the stability and performance of the POS systems, together with the IT Sales team and external partners.
- Since you will be performing second level support, you will work closely with third level vendors in order to gain insights and troubleshoot. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing the documentation setup towards business and support functions.
- In order to deliver quality and stable solutions, we are developing a new test strategy in the team. You will be part of developing and implementing a new test strategy together with the team.
- Over time there is an opportunity to join other product groups within the Sales team – it could be the ecommerce, order management product group.
- Furthermore, we expect that over time you will be involved in the identification of needs and/or development of solutions as a business analyst in our internal demand process. Your exact tasks depend on your skills and interests and will most likely also vary over a year.
- You will have some collaboration with all our formats incl. Bilka, føtex, & Netto in Denmark, Poland & Germany and Salling.
The team
You will be a part of our IT Sales team. The team is responsible for the entire life cycle – identifying business needs, development of new initiatives and supporting existing initiatives. The IT Sales team enables order placement, sales registration, payment, returns and customer service solutions for the entire Salling Group.Our new colleague
