We are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Pricing Analyst EMEA (m/f/d) based in Europe to start as soon as possible.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our team at Penumbra. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. If you have a background in business planning, marketing, operations, or finance, and a proven track record in the medical device industry, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Work On

  • Strategic Pricing: Deploy pricing strategy for new products to be launched on the market and develop pricing structures for existing products through innovative pricing solutions and supporting large negotiations with KOLs/GPOs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, and Marketing teams to implement pricing programs, incentive offers, and presentations for large GPOs and other buying groups and train them on Pricing strategies.
  • EMEA Roll-out:Co-lead the strategic activities for pricing in the EMEA region, including the introduction of new policies, governance frameworks, and processes.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans to monitor customer performance, share results, and track progress.
  • Market Analysis: Review market analyses to determine customer needs, focused pricing approaches, and collaborate on creating value-add programs aligned with the company’s goals

What You Contribute

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in business planning, marketing, operations, finance, consulting, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in medical device companies.
  • Experience with sales or marketing, as well as pricing strategy and the implementation of pricing strategy is strongly preferred.
  • Requires strong financial analytical skills and an ability to problem solve and make relevant recommendations.
  • Experience with financial systems such as: CRM tools, financial modelling, ERP/SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced skill in Excel required.
  • Approximately 20%-30% business travel required.
