Your new role
As Senior Project Manager within People & Organisation (P&O), you’ll be a trusted partner driving organisational initiatives across Research & Development in close collaboration with the VP of the global R&D People & Organisation unit and her leadership team who are delivering P&O support at EVP level. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you’ll work independently to deliver impact across three key areas:
Project Manager across R&D P&O:

-Drive and execute on strategic cross-organisational P&O projects and initiatives across the EVP area, from concept to implementation
-Lead organisational development, talent, and leadership initiatives in collaboration with P&O Business Partners and Centres of Excellences (CoE)
-Bridge R&D strategic P&O needs to global CoE offerings, ensuring scalable solutions
Management support to the R&D P&O VP and her team:

-Support the VP in progressing strategic plans and provide organisational insights that drive business decisions
-Communication support, including preparing material for senior leadership
-Coordinate P&O activities such as global talent programme enrolments and Leader forums
Member of R&D P&O leadership team in a specialist role:

-Be an active member of the R&D P&O Leadership team (LT) to continuously shape and evolve the R&D P&O department as a highly engaged, effective and talented unit

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment. You demonstrate a practical, solution-oriented approach — willing to address and resolve challenges at different scale to ensure successful delivery for the team. You’ll bring:

-A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, or similar is preferred
-3+ years of Project Management experience and/or 5+ years of relevant HR experience with a track record of driving strategic initiatives
-Strong People & Organisation functional knowledge and business understanding to connect people strategies with organisational goals
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
-Facilitation and presentation skills with ability to communicate across organisational levels
-Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity while maintaining accountability and building strong stakeholder relationships
-Fluency in English, written and oral.
